OUR STORY
So, who is Bev? Bev is an all-round lover of food, mother of four and THE household name when it comes to wedding and event catering - oh, and we mustn't forget CAKES!
Bev's passion for food began when she met her chef husband, Rolf, back in the late eighties. Together their kitchen and catering history spans from when the two were based in New York City, impressing the elite with impeccable dinner parties. Today, the duo now have over 35 years of experience working together, catering countless weddings of up to 150+ guests, private and corporate functions, milestone events... the list goes on.
Bev & Rolf have always had family-run businesses. For many years during the nineties and early 00's they operated an Italian café in Sydney, as well as a cake & cookie wholesale and retail business, aptly named 'Bev's Cakes'. From there, interest and business continued to expand into the event & wedding catering industry - ergo, the beginning of Bev's Catering.
Since 2002, together Bev & Rolf also run a corporate café based in Sydney's CBD, catering to a large advertising firm during the busy working week. To put it simply, they are a very busy couple full of spice, flavour and boundless energy.
