STAFFING
Our extended team of kitchen hands, wait & bar staff are always friendly and always professional. We've made things simple by creating staffing packages charged at a standard rate based on your number of guests.
All packages include your Head Chef and all necessary Wait Staff & Kitchen Hands. If your event requires Bar Staff, this is an additional fee. Each package includes a maximum 8 hours of staffing, which will include site arrival, set up, on-site prep, service, pack down and departure. If your event requires a longer service time, this may incur an additional fee.

Staff Travel Fess
Staff travel fees will be calculated and quoted at the time of enquiry.
Staff travel is charged if distance / travel time exceeds one hour from Sydney CBD by car. Fuel costs are also calculated per car travelling and included quote.
Staff accommodation is charged if distance / travel time exceeds 2.5 hours from Sydney CBD by car.
