My love of food came from the influence of my husband when we met in New York. Starting from simple dinner parties to impress the elite of New York to where we are today a team of two experienced chefs catering for weddings, corporate functions, anniversaries & birthdays to name a few. From 2 people to 500 people.
We have always had family run businesses starting in 1989 with an Italian café the Milano bar, a cake & cookie business for 10 years & now a catering business and full time café since 2002.
Our teams consists of two experienced chefs one of which is my dear husband. He has 38 years’ experience starting as a French chef working all around the world on a plethora of cuisines before meeting him in New York. Our extended team of friendly catering staff work so well with us and it is always professional and smooth running.
Corporate clients have included DDB Sydney, McDonalds, Telstra, Volkswagen, Wrigleys, Volvo & CHU to name a few. Worked with various venues including Mindaribba, Wisemans Ferry & Glebe Mansions.
We can assist with a variety of aspects for your event including catering, cakes & beverage packages. We also cater for all dietary requirements & can travel from Sydney.
